Hi Pauline, I have never felt the need to write and make any comments on our previous holidays, however... I just wanted to let you know how appreciative we were on our second visit to Gran Alicant. In Aug 2005 on arrival at Property 202 Altomar 1, which is a property that you manage,it was so nice just to be able to arrive from the airport and unpack in a spotlessly clean house, just like "home from home". Our 1st visit to the Altomar 1 complex was in May 2005, and if you remember you heard us trying to gain entry when we arrived at number 217 at 01:00am due to a flight change.You got out of bed and came over to the house and helped us gain entry as you could obviously hear us trying the different combinations with the two locks and then stating that it "was no problem",although you had to get out of bed and get dressed to come to our assistance. During our stay this time in 202 Altomar 1 "July 2005" unfortunately we had a problem with the fridge on our 1st Saturday, again when Paul mentioned this to you (even though you had family commitments)it was all sorted out within an hour,..it again " was no problem". I can only add that due to the 1st class high standard and cleanliness of the properties that you manage along with the comfort of knowing that if there are any problems that may occur during our stay that we can approach either you or Jim in the knowledge that we are not being bothersome or a pain,has prompted us to book again for a 3 week stay in June ,and a 2 week stay in September next year and we are really looking forward to seeing you again.
